STEP 1

UNDERSTANDING THE
REQUIREMENTS

That’s why our team and group coaching
programs are designed around the requirements of each team or group we work with.


The first step is for the coach to gain
an accurate understanding of the team or group in question — its members, role, current state,
dynamics, and problem areas — and your desired outcomes for the coaching
program.


After gaining that clarity,
we custom-design a coaching program to fit the needs of the team or group in question.

STEP 2

EMBARKING ON TEAM OR GROUP
COACHING

The coaching sessions are run by one of our professional coaches.

We bring together the participants and focus on dynamics, building awareness, and addressing any gaps such as improving trust and communication
skills.

We also work on enhancing emotional intelligence, building resilience and
adaptability, improving performance and effectiveness, and enhancing interpersonal and intrapersonal skills.

The coach also supports the team or group in being accountable for any goals that are set.

STEP 3

SUPPORTING INDIVIDUAL
MEMBERS

In tandem with the coaching sessions, individual members benefit from one-on-one coaching with a Coaching Advocates’ personal coach of their own choosing.

 

We have found that coaching both the individuals and the team or group as a whole is beneficial for three reasons.

 

First, individuals feel supported by the company in their own career and personal progression.

 

Second, individuals can address areas of personal concern that they may not feel comfortable disclosing in the team or group environment.

 

And third, we as coaches can then fine-tune the coaching sessions to tackle specific themes experienced by them.
