She is well versed in derivatives law and has deep regulatory knowledge in financial markets.
Jenny is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with experience of over 600 coaching hours. She is also a Certified Canfield Trainer in the Success Principles and a licensed Feel The Fear Trainer, authorised by The Susan Jeffers Corporation.
Her legal career has afforded her the ability to analyse and review a situation from all perspectives to get to the root cause objectively and with empathy. Jenny supports her clients who are more introverted to find ways to achieve visibility professionally. As an introvert herself, Jenny truly understands the challenges introverts face when asked to “show up” more in the workplace. Jenny has primarily coached working professionals in the legal and tech industries, banking and finance, and energy sector, as well as entrepreneurs.
Jenny also specializes in diversity and inclusion coaching, helping her clients gain awareness of their unconscious bias and navigate working with remote teams in a hybrid workplace.
She also volunteers in the pro bono coaching initiatives organised by ICF Singapore and was one of the facilitators for the ICF Singapore Peer Coaching Community of Practice 2021. She is a Christian mentor in GBN Marketplace Ministry supporting Christian professionals and business owners in Singapore. On the personal front, she has been married for 18 years and has 3 children.
