Claire is certified by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) as a Professional Coach, is a certified Positive Intelligence Coach (CPQC), is a non-executive director of multiple ASX listed companies and is an Industry/Professional Fellow with the University of Technology Sydney, School of Law. In addition, Claire Bibby is an honorary member of the New South Wales executive of the Australian Association of Corporate Counsel.

Outside of coaching, Claire Bibby and her husband live and move between the northern beaches of Sydney and the Sunshine Coast of Queensland with their 2 Labradoodles and 2 adult sons.
